Seasons Greetings
Some might say that this is a bit late, well yes it is. The reason is quite simple; I just decided to spend a few days away from a keyboard and spend it with family and friends, it felt like the right thing to do. None the less have a happy and safe holiday and make the most of the new year. Remember to drink way too much and gorge yourself on unhealthy foods.

by far the best blonde joke in the world
Matthew posted about the best blonde joke in the world. I’m not normally one for these but this has got to be the best, deffinately worth a read.

My Civic Duty
Today I spent the best part of it out and about on the road. To do this I had to borrow a company car, which was OK as I first thought. It turned out I was getting a nice 04 Honda Civic, not bad. I’ve always admired the new shape Civic since it’s debut in the BTCC, in particular the TypeR version, in fact I’ve often thought about getting one. But after spending a few hours...

Where's my hat?
Yesterday was a sad day indeed, I lost my hat. I’ve had my hat for years, I first purchased it when I started working in a warehouse and on nights it was a bit brisk, since then that hat has been everywhere with me. I love that hat, I’ll miss that hat.

Mid Week Roundup
Yeah ok so it’s not quite mid-week and infact it’s closer to the weekend than anything but that just about gives you the idea on what it has been like lately. First off the site. When Michael announced that r127 of K2 will only run on WordPress2.0 I started thinking, maybe I should upgrade, I mean WordPress2.0 is at release candidate stage, whats the worse that could happen. Well...

Walking through the Fauna
I’ve decided to have a bit of a change around again on the site. This time I’m messing about with Joens’s Fauna theme. Joen is a great designer and this theme just about sums it up, be sure to stop by his site for more news and views from the horses mouth. I’m not waving goodbye to the K2 scene, you can not ignore the support and community that Michael has created and as...

Petrol Explosions
Yesterday morning I was chatting away with a friend and he asked if I was woken up by the explosion? Of course as I had only got up, showered and left the house I had no time to catch up on the news of the world on this very foggy morning but it turns out that a oil depot in Hertfordshire had exploded during the early hours. This friend who only lives a few miles away from me heard the incident...

iBook or PowerBook?
This question is bigger than pop socks and causing me a few moments of creating the classic thinker pose. Should you get a iBook or a PowerBook? I’m after any one’s feed back and justification on this. Before the standard ‘get a PowerBook; it’s better’ is rejoiced throughout the land here is the problem. Next year I’m doing my end to end challenge, soon after...

Sober attack
Found this link detailing the future of my friend the sober worm. In the last few days I’ve really got to know this chap, he sends me quite a few emails now and I really enjoy waiting for the next. On a serious note this could be interesting, if it does go ahead as planned I think the internet could have a couple of slow days. Kinda makes you just want to give up on the internet, if it...

3% is still a lot!
During the first week of launch experts estimate that between 300,000 and 400,000 Xbox 360’s were sold in the US. This is nearly their planned 3 month target in a week. But is has not been all clear sailing for Microsoft, there have been various reports of overheating power supplies, random crashes and games freezing and even dvd’s being ripped by the laser mountings of the drive....

blurry weekends
Don’t you just love those week ends were you plan to do all those things you put off during the week. You have a big long list of items that need to be completed; your even thinking about putting up that curtain rail you have put off for days. So you finish work promtly on Friday, journey home to meet your neighbour who asks if you fancy going out for a meal. So you agree; whats the worse...

360 or just 180?
2nd December marks the European launch of the Xbox360. Have you got yours? My answer; No. But then did I pre-order? No. Did I sit there months ago getting all worked up over the machine; No. Have I spent the last few months getting in a worse state as the hype builds; No. Was the last few weeks spent checking my online pre-order trying to work out if I would recieve the console today; No. Am I...

Not a good start to the month
Yesterday was not the best day and not the best start to December. It was going well for me, got into work and managed to finish off some customers artwork and get a few jobs finished. Then one of our bigger suppliers came to see us and invited us out for a meal in the evening. As I get sorted and head out leaving Lucy at home quite happy, doing more jewelry stuff. A Chicken Tikki Balti later I...
